Do you have a minimum?

Our minimum is $200 + tax.

To rent a pressure washer from Home Depot for 4 hrs is $75. We charge $200 total for rental of professional power washing equipment and 4 hours of labor. Requested labor after that will be billed at $25/hr.

How does paymemt work?

We may require a deposit depending on service volume. Payment is done via invoice using our CRM software and online payment. We also can accept cards via card or chip in person, and we also accept cash.

Do you offer Military or other discounts?

Yes. We offer Military/Veteran, First Responder (Law Enforcement, Fire, Paramedic, AEMT, and EMT), Senior (62+), Teacher, and Healthcare Workers. Military/Veteran applies to spouse.

Do you offer neighborhood discounts?

Yes, we do! If both you and your neighbour book in, you both receive 5% off your estimate. That discount is across the board on all our power washing and gutter cleaning services.

Do I have to be home when you do the work?

It is not necessary that you are home, however, most clients like to be home at the start of the project to meet the crew. 

How do I get ready for the cleaning?

We ask that you remove your window screens and remove all items around your home. For example, if we are cleaning your patio we ask you remove all furniture and belongings so that the crew has proper access for cleaning.

How is soft washing different than pressure washing?

By using our cleaning solutions we are able to clean your home safely and softly, without the harsh use of pressure. Our soft washing method removes algae, mold, and dirt gently without using high pressure that can damage the side of your home.

Is the cleaning solution safe for my plants and landscaping?

Upon request we offer biodegradable cleaning solutions which are safe for people, pets, and plants. As an added precaution, no matter what cleaning agent we use, we still rinse all landscaping, plants, and areas where we are doing the cleaning. Typically we defer to the manufacturers recommendations' when cleaning which commonly calls for the use of a sodium hypochlorite solution for cleaning mold, lichen, algae, and moss. We are PWNA certified and are highly trained to protect your plant life and we will perform our job safely while working at your home.
